Le Grenier du Moulin will make your stay in France memorable and pleasurable.<br> We hope you will give us the pleasure of having you to stay.<br>  </p> <p align="center">History : The mill probably dates back to the Gallo-Roman period, and the present building to the 13th or 14th century in its lower part, which is flanked by large buttresses. The mill continued to produce until 1949. Its wheel (the only major component no longer existing) measured 23 ft across. The gears and millstones are still in place. In addition, the building houses an exhibition on mills. The large and picturesque mill pond continues to form part of the property.<span lang="en-gb">The small and pretty village of Savonnières in the "Loire Valley" welcomed a new attraction for tourists !
